【JobTitle工作岗位】DeputyHR Manager 人力资源部副经理 【Location 工作地点】Woodmead & Burgersfort 1 JOBPURPOSE 岗位描述 To provide support and HR Administration in the various human resourcefunctions to the Head of HR and HR Manager using HR Best practices. 协助人力资源主管和人力资源经理制定、组织、实施公司的人力资源战略,最大限度地开发人力资源,为公司实现经营战略目标提供人力保障。 2 PRINCIPALACCOUNTABILITIES 主要职责 2.1 Talent Acquisition:人才招聘管理 Recruitment, selection and appointment 人才的招聘、选拔和任命 Investigation of alternate recruitment sources particularly for scarce and critical skills拓宽招聘渠道和资源,特别是稀缺和关键技能人才的招聘渠道和资源 Development of an on-boarding program 制定入职计划 Advise on compilation of Contracts of Employment 起草劳动合同 Managing EE and transformation就业平等与技能转移管理
2.2 HR Information:人力资源信息管理 Management and monitoring of leave records 休假记录的管理和监控 Ensure employee data is updated and maintained 确保员工数据的更新和维护 Produce reports as required 编制人力资源相关报告 Perform analyses, identifies trends and make recommendations to Management 对人力资源的结构和效能进行分析,识别趋势并向管理层提出建议 Ensures statistics and returns are submitted as required 及时提交人力资源相关统计数据
2.3 Employee Relations: 员工管理 Advises Management and staff on disciplinary matters 就纪律管理事宜向管理层和员工提供建议 Ensures compliance with relevant labour legislation 确保公司的人力资源政策和管理符合劳动法相关要求 Advises Management on current labour legislation 就现行的劳动法规向管理层提供建议 Counsel employees as required 为员工提供法律建议
2.4 Succession Planning: 接班人计划管理 Identifies early talent and possible successors 确定早期人才及可能的接班人人选 Provides input into Critical/Key positions 确保关键岗位具有一定数量的接班人储备 Compile annual plan and keeps it updated 编制年度计划并根据需要进行更新
2.5 Performance Management 绩效管理 Initiates and implement the bi-annual PM process 启动并实施一年两次的绩效考核 Assists staff with compilation of KPI’s 协助员工制定KPI Monitor process and alignment with Salary & Bonus Reviews 监控绩效管理过程并确保其结果与员工的工资和奖金相挂钩 Provides training as required 开展相关培训
2.6 Remuneration & Benefits 薪酬与福利管理 Advises on appropriate remuneration levels and packages 提供合理的薪酬与福利建议 Monitors competitive market info and make recommendations 跟踪人才市场的竞争价格并提出相关建议 Reviews benefit offerings and makes recommendations 对公司现有的福利措施提供建议 Liaises with service providers as required 联系相关供应商
2.7 Training & Development 培训与发展管理 Support T&D Manager in identifying staff training & development needs 协助培训经理确定员工的培训与发展需求 Advising on staff further education 对员工的继续教育提供建议 Ensure training needs are addressed 确保员工的培训需求得到满足 Administer Mentoring program for staff 管理员工辅导计划 Ensuring compliance with Skills Development reporting and legislation 确保相关工作符合技能发展报告和法律的合规要求
3 Requirements/任职要求 A Bachelor Degree in Commerce / Arts in lndustrial Organisational Development / HR and or equivalent. A post grad qualification would be an advantage 商学、人力资源管理、心理学学士学位或同等学历,研究生学历者优先 Proven knowledge of and application of Human Resources policies, processes, and relevant legislation. 具备人力资源政策、流程管理以及相关法律的知识和经验 You need to be an analytical and critical thinker, people focused, good communicator. 具有良好的分析能力和批判性思维,以人为本,沟通能力强 Computer literate on MS Office (Intermediate to Advanced) 能熟练使用MS Office(中至高级) 7 - 8 years HR Management experience as a HR Generalist. 7-8年的人力资源管理经验 Excellent English proficiency both verbal and written 出色的英语口语和书面用语
