[*]Recruitment, selection and appointment人才的招聘、选拔和任命
[*]Investigation of alternate recruitment sources particularly for   scarce and critical skills拓宽招聘渠道和资源,特别是稀缺和关键技能人才的招聘渠道和资源
[*]Development of an on-boarding program制定入职计划
[*]Advise on compilation of Contracts of Employment起草劳动合同
[*]Managing EE and transformation就业平等与技能转移管理
2.2HR Information:人力资源信息管理
[*]Management and monitoring of leave records休假记录的管理和监控
[*]Ensure employee data is updated and maintained确保员工数据的更新和维护
[*]Produce reports as required编制人力资源相关报告
[*]Perform analyses, identifies trends and make recommendations to   Management对人力资源的结构和效能进行分析,识别趋势并向管理层提出建议
[*]Ensures statistics and returns are submitted as required及时提交人力资源相关统计数据
2.3Employee Relations:员工管理
[*]Advises Management and staff on disciplinary matters就纪律管理事宜向管理层和员工提供建议
[*]Ensures compliance with relevant labour legislation确保公司的人力资源政策和管理符合劳动法相关要求
[*]Advises Management on current labour legislation就现行的劳动法规向管理层提供建议
[*]Counsel employees as required为员工提供法律建议
2.4Succession Planning:接班人计划管理
[*]Identifies early talent and possible successors确定早期人才及可能的接班人人选
[*]Provides input into Critical/Key positions确保关键岗位具有一定数量的接班人储备
[*]Compile annual plan and keeps it updated编制年度计划并根据需要进行更新
2.5Performance Management绩效管理
[*]Initiates and implement the bi-annual PM process启动并实施一年两次的绩效考核
[*]Assists staff with compilation of KPI’s协助员工制定KPI
[*]Monitor process and alignment with Salary & Bonus Reviews监控绩效管理过程并确保其结果与员工的工资和奖金相挂钩
[*]Provides training as required开展相关培训
2.6Remuneration & Benefits薪酬与福利管理
[*]Advises on appropriate remuneration levels and packages提供合理的薪酬与福利建议
[*]Monitors competitive market info and make recommendations跟踪人才市场的竞争价格并提出相关建议
[*]Reviews benefit offerings and makes recommendations对公司现有的福利措施提供建议
[*]Liaises with service providers as required联系相关供应商
2.7Training & Development培训与发展管理
[*]Support T&D Manager in identifying staff training &   development needs协助培训经理确定员工的培训与发展需求
[*]Advising on staff further education对员工的继续教育提供建议
[*]Ensure training needs are addressed确保员工的培训需求得到满足
[*]Administer Mentoring program for staff管理员工辅导计划
[*]Ensuring compliance with Skills Development reporting and   legislation确保相关工作符合技能发展报告和法律的合规要求
3 Requirements/任职要求
[*]A Bachelor Degree in Commerce / Arts in lndustrial Organisational   Development / HR and or equivalent. A post grad qualification would be an   advantage   商学、人力资源管理、心理学学士学位或同等学历,研究生学历者优先
[*]Proven knowledge of   and application of Human Resources policies, processes, and relevantlegislation.具备人力资源政策、流程管理以及相关法律的知识和经验
[*]You need to be an analytical and critical thinker, people focused,   good communicator. 具有良好的分析能力和批判性思维,以人为本,沟通能力强
[*]Computer literate on MS Office (Intermediate to Advanced)能熟练使用MS Office(中至高级)
[*]7 - 8 years HR Management experience as a HR Generalist.7-8年的人力资源管理经验
[*]Excellent English proficiency both verbal and written出色的英语口语和书面用语
